Mr. Tamince founded Sembol Construction, a Turkish company, in 2000 and remains the majority shareholder. Sembol Construction has positioned itself as a leading player in the market by providing a diversified portfolio of construction services mainly in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Croatia, UAE, Libya and Turkey, acting both as a developer and investor. The total value of the ongoing projects is over 1 billion USD. Mr. Tamince’s goal is to position Sembol as the leader amongst its competitors. Sembol Construction has helped to shape the modern face of Kazakhstan with significant signature projects, completed within record time including the “Khan Shatyr Entertainment and Shopping Center”, “Astana Arena Stadium”, “Pyramid The Palace of Peace”, “Rixos President Astana”, “Rixos Almaty”, “Independence Palace”, “Ice Skating Center” and the “Parkview Office Tower”.
