Занимается вопросами стратегического развития компании, маркетинга и оценочной деятельности, курирует работу филиальной сети РАДа.
Ирина Ольшанникова имеет более чем 20-летний опыт работы в сфере распоряжения и оценки имущества. Начинала свою карьеру в 1991 году в Главном управлении имущества исполкома Ленсовета, занималась практическими вопросами приватизации государственного имущества.
На протяжении многих лет занималась оценочной деятельностью, руководила отделом организации оценки в ГК «Олимпстрой».

Career:
Irina Olshannikova is in charge of the company’s strategic development, marketing and valuation activities, and is responsible for branch network of the Auction House of the Russian Federation. She has an experience of more than 20 years in asset management and property valuation. Having started her career in 1991 at the General Directorate of Property of Lensovet Executive Committee, she was dealing with practical issues of state property privatization.
For many years Irina Olshannikova has been engaged in valuation activities, and was managing Valuation Department at the State Corporation Olimpstroy.
